Frequently asked questions
What tagging system do you use?
We can apply QR code or barcode tags depending on your existing scanning infrastructure, or recommend a system if you don't have one yet. Tags are paired with a structured data record, not just a sticker with a number on it.
How long does a full facility inventory take?
It depends on rack count and equipment density — a single row can take a few hours, a full facility can take several days. We'll give you a specific estimate once we know the scope.
Can this feed into our existing asset management software?
Yes. We deliver structured data (CSV/Excel at minimum) formatted to import cleanly into common asset management and DCIM platforms.
