Frequently asked questions
How is this different from DCIM software?
DCIM software is only as accurate as the data entered into it — and someone still has to physically walk the floor to collect that data. We're the field labor that produces accurate, current documentation, which you can then load into whatever DCIM platform (or spreadsheet) you're already using.
Do you need to power anything down to document it?
No. Documentation work is non-invasive — we trace, photograph, and record what's already running without disrupting live equipment.
Can you set up a recurring documentation refresh?
Yes. A lot of facilities fall behind because documentation is a project, not a habit. We offer quarterly or annual refresh visits to keep your documentation matched to reality as equipment changes.
