During data center construction and turnover, there's always a list of small, specific technology items — device verification, labeling, network testing, documentation — that don't require a licensed electrician or a formal commissioning agent, but do need a technician on site to close out. We handle that list.

Are you a commissioning agent?
No — we're not a licensed commissioning authority and don't perform formal Cx engineering. We support commissioning teams and general contractors with the field labor side of technology punch-list work: verification, testing, labeling, and documentation. If your project needs a formal commissioning agent, we work alongside one rather than in place of one.
Can you work directly with our GC's existing punch-list system?
Yes — send us the punch-list format you're already using (Procore, a spreadsheet, or anything else) and we'll report against it directly rather than creating a separate system for you to reconcile.
Do you work on active construction sites?
Yes. We're comfortable working alongside other trades on an active job site and can coordinate scheduling with your GC to avoid conflicts.
